I ordered a patio cushion set from Fortunoff Backyard Store, but ended up needing to exchange it because the color looked different once I saw it in person. Not wildly off, but enough that it didn’t really work with my patio setup.

The return itself was simple enough, though it took maybe 3 or 4 days before I felt like I was getting clear updates. Customer service did reply to my emails and helped get the exchange going, so I can’t really complain too much there.

The replacement showed up in good condition about a week or so later, and I’m happy with it now. I’d still buy from them again, but I’m knocking off one star because the waiting and checking for updates got a little annoying...

I grabbed some patio chairs during a promo, the price was better than I expected. Checkout was easy, which is always a plus. I mean, if you can get a decent product for a good sale price without any hassle, that’s kind of a no-brainer. I’d definitely shop here again when another sale comes around.

I was browsing around for outdoor furniture and Fortunoff Backyard Store had more styles than I expected. A lot of the patio sets looked really nice without feeling too fancy, and it was easy to compare the colors, sizes, and overall look.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few things I liked were either out of stock or had limited options. Still, the selection was good overall, and I’d definitely check the site again.
